My Journey with Love
From a child who witnessed divorce, abuse, and all that real love ISN'T.. I grew up unconsciously believing that love equaled abandonment, rejection, fear, pain and abuse. So when I met my ex husband at 21 and had my two precious babies, you can guess what kind of relationship I had attracted. One that provided the evidence for those beliefs. After 7 years, a smack in the face of awareness showing up as a mental breakdown and subsequently a divorce, I realized this wasn't the love and relationship I wanted to expose to my children to, nor have for myself anymore. I have always been a hopeless romantic, and knew deep down there was an unconditional, transformative and beautiful love out there for me. I just needed to heal so I could let it in. I worked on myself a lot, breathwork, inner work courses, therapy, reiki, tantra, sound healing, retreats, meditation, journalling, you name it... I did it.
5 years later I met Mark. At a time, I was so content with myself and my life. And this has been the earth shattering love I have been waiting for, and so much more. When I say it has cracked me open in ways I cannot put into words, I mean it. Out of all the work, this by far has been the best, hardest, and taught me the most. We have the most amazing, respectful, open, considerate and deeply loving connection I could have only manifested. And because I did, I know it's possible for you.
I am so passionate and dedicated to transforming this world from our hearts, healing the wounds, triggers, traumas and beliefs that don't belong to us and are holding us back so we can FEEL what it's like to be absolutely loved to our core.
Our Blended Family
We are a blended family of 5 who genuinely adore each other wholeheartedly. I have no doubt that's because I was sure of what and who I wanted to attract, and how that looked for me. A man who was an amazing and dedicated father, respectful to his ex and deeply open to welcoming more kids into his life. I have an awesome relationship with Mark's ex, my kids love him as I do his daughter. We of course have situations come up but we work through them as a team with open communication and respect. This is very possible for you, too.

My Goal
I believe that everyone has the potential to heal their subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs, removing the chains of unhealthy and 'stuck' relationships, which lead to heart opening, orgasmic love. By identifying and working on them with me, my clients are able to unlock their true desires and make the changes needed to experience love fully. We can only ever control ourselves, and when we step into the power of owning our mindset, the magic we witness is incredible.
My Why
To be honest, I truly believe that life is far too short to experience anything other than extraordinary love. We can all accept mediocre, and 'good enough' but to me that's settling and I don't accept that in my reality. Why shouldn't we aim for amazing?
Now, don't get me mistaken- I'm not saying perfect, because there is no such thing. But if we aren't aiming for a life that lights us up, that encourages us to be our BEST self, that nourishes and excites and makes us grateful to wake up everyday... what are we here for?
Love can be all of those things. Not easy. It's challenging and confronting and forces you to grow, but that's exactly what helps you to become the person you were put here to be.
